McKayla Is Not Impressed With The Capitals
As you've probably heard and/or seen the viral hit "McKayla Is Not Impressed" that stemmed from the 2012 Olympics, we thought we would give it a treatment to the Capitals. In true NBC Delayed fashion, we present to you, "McKayla Is Not Impressed with the Capitals".
When the Washington Capitals had such promise and rose to 121 points, nothing bad could happen until the President's Cup was awarded. Great. Just great. The most cursed piece of hockey next to touching the Prince of Wales trophy. Despite the embarrassing loss that was to happen in the 1st round against the Canadiens, a President's Cup banner was to be raised to the rafters. McKayla was not impressed.
Since we have you remembering times of past, remember when Stan Lee rolled out those god-awful Marvel-esq characters that would've made him roll in his grave but, well ya know. The Guardian Project produced some great laughs and head shaking when they were rolled out. Despite being a true artist/author, Stan Lee's The Capitals does not impress McKayla.
Side note the Capital "can produce a piercing scream that can destroy objects with sonic sound waves". lulz.
Speaking of sonic sound waves, the Capitals marketing department used it's Get-Famous-People-To-Star-On-The-Verizon-Center-Jumbo-Tron-Powers to get Ozzy Osbourne into a Capitals jersey and give his best for a spot to "Scream". Maybe they knew they could get him into a hockey jersey after they found this card laying around on ebay? Either way, McKayla was not impressed with this new addition to pump up the phone booth faithful.
Ozzy Osbourne equals tattoos and that brings us to this mega-fan that has decided to make his love for the Capitals permanent. Well, McKayla is NOT impressed with your tattoos until you move to that fresh patch of skin on your forehead.
Talking about foreheads or forehands, remember when Joel Ward scored that amazing goal to then send the Capitals on to the next round of the 2011-12 Playoffs? Yea, well McKayla was not impressed!
So we have no segue for this next one, but let's just say we should all NOT be impressed with Uncle Ted whispering sweet nothings into Bettman's ear this year. As you know it's Owners vs. Players Version 2.0 and this sure is one to hopefully clear up soon. With Bettman coming out recently with this update and then potential progression shortly after, McKayla was NOT impressed with the light conversation between the two.
Oh did you know when Brooks Laich changed that tire, that McKayla was not impressed? Although conspiracy theorists think that Brooks Laich slashed the tire, emailed Caps PR, then pulled over to help. Either way, McKayla was NOT impressed.
